History
Zanin 1895 began with the production of two products, Vintage Cavallina Bianca Grappa and the Noble Cavallina Bianca Grappa. The considerable reservoir of raw materials still available in this area has allowed us to select the best pomaces and create one of the iconic products of our company.

Production method
The main ingredient is the pomace resulting from the vinification of white and red grapes. Once fermented these marcs are wisely distilled with copper stills. The grappa obtained passes a period of ageing in steel tanks before being diluted and bottledThe main ingredient is the pomace resulting from the vinification of white and red grapes. Refinement
Grappa Cavallina Bianca Noble, before being bottled, is aged in stainless steel tanks.

How to serve it
We recommend to serve it neat, at a temperature between 14 and 18° C., leaving the drink to rest for roughly 1 minute after pouring it before the first sip.
Accompaniment
It goes well with either milk and dark chocolate (60-70%), jam, tarts and a typical Italian dry biscuit called cantucci.
