The juniper harvested in Italy with a blend of other botanicals is the aromatic base of this gin. Designed to easily fulfil a bartenders needs, as a base of many cocktails.

Production takes place following the lessons inherited from infusion history. The selected botanical blend is infused in alcohol ethylic and water for two weeks. Thereafter the infuse is distilled with all the solid parts in a traditional copper still.
The distillate produced is bought to the right alcohol level, using demineralised water and left to rest for a list a month in steel tanks before being bottled.
The distillate is matured for at least 40 days in steel tanks, after reduction of the alcohol grade with demineralized water the gin will rest another month before being bottled.
