The peel of a citrus blend is infused in a hydroalcolic solution and then distillated. This represents the aromatic base that will be added to the alcohol mix, the water and the sugar to make the liqueur. A light filtration, before being bottled, completes the process.
In stainless steel tanks for 30 days.

Used in cocktail preparation.
