To make Amami Rosolio to the hydro-alcoholic infusion of roses and spices, sugar syrup is added. Once the liqueur is obtained it will age for 3-4 months in stainless steel tanks, this will allow the flavour range to mature. When ready Amami Rosolio is filtered at room temperature and then bottled.

How to serve it
Can be served at room temperature, with ice or ice-cold.
Amami Rosolio is consumed neat or in the overview of mixed drinking, it’s used to make traditional or restyled cocktails.
