Description

Amami Rosolio is a liqueur obtained by mixing rose infusion with sugar syrup. Delicate, soft and all-encompassing it was traditionally used in the mid-1900s during social events and it still represents today a pleasant accompaniment to any celebration.

History

Zanin 1895, with over a century of life, represents one of the historic companies in the spirit drinks sector. Production Method

To make Amami Rosolio to the hydro-alcoholic infusion of roses and spices, sugar syrup is added. Once the liqueur is obtained it will age for 3-4 months in stainless steel tanks, this will allow the flavour range to mature. When ready Amami Rosolio is filtered at room temperature and then bottled.

Refinement

Amami Rosolio before being bottled matures for 2 or 3 months in stainless steel tanks. 

How to serve it

Can be served at room temperature, with ice or ice-cold.

Accompaniments

Amami Rosolio is consumed neat or in the overview of mixed drinking, it’s used to make traditional or restyled cocktails.
