Red spritz is a citrus flavoured liqueur, that is made with herbs and spices infusion, to be mixed in traditional or restyled cocktails.

Even today, it puts into practice all the experience in infusions, handed down from generation to generation, to make its products and guarantee the high quality standards that represent it.
To produce Red Spritz herbs and spices that correspond to a specific standard of quality are selected. Added to a hydroalcoholic solution they will infuse for 2-3 weeks to extract all the flavours. The infusion produced will be left to rest in stainless steel tanks until it reaches the right maturation point.
Sugar is added and then water to adjust the alcohol level. Consequently the filtered product will undertake an organoleptic analysis and once a positive outcome is received it will be bottled.
