Metodo di Produzione
To produce Liquirizia Zanin liquorice extract from the plant root is added to alcohol. Subsequently, sugar and other natural ingredients are added to round-off the flavour. Once refined, the liqueur obtained is filtered at room temperature before being bottled.
Liquirizia Zanin before being bottled matures for at least 4 months in stainless steel tanks. This rest period allows the blend and harmonization of its ingredients.
