Arancello Cavallina is a liqueur obtained by mixing an infusion of orange peels with sugar. Delicate, soft and rich it is a pleasure to have it at room temperature or iced to enjoy its unmistakable flavour.

To produce Arancello Cavallina to the hydroalcoholic solution, an infuse of orange peels and sugar are added. Once the liqueur is obtained from this mix, it will rest to mature its flavour in stainless steel tanks for roughly 15 days, When ready it will be bottled.

Arancello is usually drunk neat, or used as an ingredient for sorbet preparation or even mixed in cocktails.
