Description

A slightly deceiving name as Amaretto means little bitter. However, the Amaretto liqueur from Zanin’s Luxury line is obtained by mixing hydroalcoholic solution, sugar syrup and aromatic bases. Soft and all-encompassing taste, one of the iconic Italian spirits that  must be tried.

History

To produce Amaretto Luxury, sugar syrup is added to the hydro-alcoholic solution with the aromatic bases that gives it its typical flavour. Once the liqueur is obtained, it is aged for a month in stainless steel tanks. This step allows the aromatic fan to mature, once it has reached the right stage, Amaretto Luxury is filtered at room temperature and then bottled.

production Method

To produce Amaretto Luxury, sugar syrup and aromatic bases are added to the hydroalcoholic solution, giving it its typical aromatic range. Once the liqueur is obtained, it is aged for one month in stainless steel tanks. This step allows the aromatic fan to mature. When it has reached the right degree of maturation, Amaretto Luxury is filtered at room temperature and then bottled.
