History
The story of our company began with a Vintage Grappa Veneta since the origins of our company has roots in the Veneto region. The creation of the Vintage grappa Veneta began due to the remarkable amount of pomace (raw materials), combined with the storing of grappa, that used to be done in wine barrels as it was cheaper than any other containers. And so began the creation of the Vintage grappa Veneta, which is still crafted in the same way.

Production method
The main ingredient is the blend of selected pomace resulting from winemaking of different grapes, both red and white, all strictly from the region of Veneto. Once fermented these marcs are skillfully distilled with copper stills and then refined before bottling.

Refinement
Vintage Grappa Veneta Gold Selection, once distilled and before being bottled, will mature for at least 18 months in oak barrels, which will give the typical colour and enhancement of the organoleptic characteristics.

How to serve it
We suggest to serve it neat, in a wide neck glass at a temperature of 16-18° C., leaving it to breathe for about 1 minute after pouring, before the first sip.
Abbinamenti
It goes well with dark chocolate (75-80%), red fruit jams and cantucci biscuits. Excellent as a dash in coffee.
