Description

This Grappa of fresh Venetian pomace, obtained by distillation of a mixture made up of selected Venetian pomace, represents an historical and company tradition product, produced from the beginning . With a fruity aroma and flavor it is a very soft grappa, which over the years has obtained various awards, including international ones, for its quality.

History

Zanin 1895 was born with the production of Venetian grappa. The considerable supply base of raw materials available in Veneto has allowed, from the start, the selection of the most suitable marc to produce this noble distillate. Still today, it is one of the best-selling products that has enjoyed considerable success thanks to its peculiarities: quality, authenticity and respect for tradition.

Production method

The mixture of selected pomace resulting from the vinification of white and red grapes of Venetian origin, is fermented and distilled with copper stills. The dilution with water is followed by a refinement which allows its aromatic recomposition before bottling.

Refinement

This Grappa, before being bottled, is aged in stainless steel tanks with the aim of allowing the aromatic fan of the product to be recomposed.

Come Servirla

Si consiglia di servirla in purezza, su un bicchiere a collo stretto ad una temperatura di 12-15° C., lasciando riposare il prodotto per circa 1 minuto dopo averlo versato e prima di sorseggiarlo.

Abbinamenti

Tradizionalmente impiegata come correzione nel caffè trova spazio in pasticceria per l’aromatizzazione di torte e biscotti, come guarnizione nel gelato e in miscelazione per dare personalità alle rivisitazioni di cocktail classici.
