Production Method

Production takes place following the teachings inherited from infusions history. The selected mixture of botanicals is infused in ethyl alcohol and water for two weeks. Everything, including the solid part,  is then distilled in a traditional copper still. To obtain a ‘’live’’ spirit, distillation phases products are not separated. Thus bringing out the full aromatic range which will give all the sensations that only an ‘’ authentic’’ product can give. The distillate obtained is brought to the right strength using demineralized water, to then be rested for at least a month in steel containers before being bottled.

Accompanments

No doubt it is brought out in the preparation of GinTonic, in the classic proportion of a part of Gin and three parts of tonic water. The aromas are more enhanced by mixing, even in a more demanding Negroni, where Giuliangin’s characteristics emerge and blend in the encounter with bitters and vermouth. Best results are obtained in Sour combinations where it is shaken with lime juice, sugar syrup and a touch of pasteurized egg white intensifying aromas and flavours.
