The mixture of Italian red and white grapes is distilled with copper stills. After thinning with water there is a period of refinement in steel tanks that enhances the aromatic range before bottling.
The grape distillate, before being bottled is refined in stainless steel tanks in order to create the aromatic composition of this product.
How to serve it
It is recommended to be consumed neat, in a typical narrow-necked glass, resembling a tulip flower, at a temperature of 12-15° C., leaving it to breathe for about a minute after pouring before taking the first sip.
Traditionally consumed at the end of a meal as a digestif, but it can also be used in confectionery as cake or biscuits flavouring or as a garnishment on ice-creams.
