History
Zanin 1895, with over a century of life, represents one of the historic companies in the spirit drinks sector. Even today, it puts into practice all the experience in infusions, handed down from generation to generation, to make its products and guarantee the high quality standards that represent it.


Production method
To produce Chocolate and chli liqueur to the hydroalcoholic solution of cocoa and chilli peppers sugar syrup is added. Once the liqueur refines for 2 to 3 months in a stainless steel tank the aromatic range matures when at the right stage, Damn is filtered at room temperature and bottled.


Refinement
Chocolate chili liqueur before being bottled matures for 2 or 3 months in stainless steel tanks


How to serve it
Can be served at room temperature, with ice or ice-cold.
