Pruma Zanin, with over a century of life, is one of the company’s historic products. It is made by a recipe handed down over four generations. It provides a balanced dosage of grappa and spices infusion, made as the company used to do. Unique and unmistakable it still holds love from Zanin 1895.
To make Pruma, to the grappa sugar syrup is added with the spice infusion obtained from our corporate extractors. Once made the Pruma is refined for 2-3 months in stainless steel tanks to develop its aromatic range. When mature the product is filtered at room temperature and then bottled.
Zanin’s Pruma, before being bottled, rests for 2-3 months in stainless steel tanks. Throughout the maturation the mix of ingredients that compose this precious liqueur evolve.
How to serve it
It can be served room at temperature.
Zanin Pruma is used in coffee or black tea, as a topping in cakes and confectionery.
