Dark Rum is made by distilling sugar cane, it has a strong persistence with a softness at the palate that makes it flexible to many uses.

The sugar cane is fermented to transform the sugar that it contains into alcohol. It is then distilled to make a crystal clear product with a high alcohol level. After a period of maturation the alcohol level is brought to its final grade with demineralized water.
Once brought to the right alcohol level, before being bottle it has to mature for at least 30 days in steel tanks
