Limoncello is one of the typical Made in Italy products. The increasing demand for this type of spirit made Zanin begin the liqueur production in the 1980s. To produce Limoncello Luxury, lemon peels are macerated in alcohol for around 20 days, then to the lemon paste previously obtained and sugar syrup is added. After mixing all ingredients, it is refined in stainless steel tanks, then filtered at room temperature and finally bottled.
Zanin’s Limoncello, before being bottled, matures from 15 to 20 days in stainless steel tanks. During this period the mixture of this precious liqueur evolves.
