History
The story of our company began exactly with a Grappa Veneta since the origins having roots in the Veneto region. The remarkable amount of pomace, raw material, available in this area has allowed, right from the beginning, the selection of the most suitable marcs to produce this noble distillate. Still today one of the best-selling products that are successful due to its features: quality and softness.

Production Method
The main ingredient is the blend of selected pomace resulting from winemaking of different grapes, both red and white berries, all strictly from the Veneto region. Once fermented these marcs are skillfully distilled with copper stills and then refined before bottling.

Refinement
Grappa Veneta Golden, once distilled and before being bottled, will mature for at least 8 months in stainless steel tanks, with the aim to blend and balance the product’s flavour at the molecular level.

How to serve it
We suggest to serve it neat, in a narrow or wide neck glass at a temperature of 14-18° C., leaving it to breathe for about 1 minute after pouring, before the first sip.
Acccompaniments
It goes with milk and dark chocolate (60-70%), jams, tarts and cantucci biscuits- excellent as a dash in coffee.
