History
Zanin 1895 began the business with the production of a Grappa Veneta. The remarkable amount of raw materials available in the Veneto region has permitted since the beginning of the selection of the most suitable pomaces to make this noble distillate. Still today it is one of our most sold products and its success is given by its peculiarities: quality, genuinity and respect for tradition.

Production Method
The pomaces are selected from a blend of Italian marcs from different grapes, both red and white. They are fermented and distilled with copper stills. The dilution with water is followed by a refining stage in steel tanks that will recompose the fragrance before the bottling stage.

Refinement
Grappa Rocca Berica, before being bottled, is refined in stainless steel tanks with the aim to recompose the fragrance range.

How to serve it
We suggest to serve it neat, in a narrow neck glass at a temperature of 12-15° C., leaving it to breathe for about 1 minute after pouring, before the first sip.
Accompaniments
Traditionally used as an addiction to coffee, its uses extend to confectionery, where it is used to flavour cakes and biscuits or as an ice cream topping.
