Descrizione

Grappa Argentis is obtained by distilling a mix of select pomaces. Flowery and pleasantly soft, it is a sincere grappa liked by many.

History

Zanin 1895 began the business with the production of a Grappa Veneta. The remarkable amount of raw materials available in the Veneto region has permitted since the beginning of the selection of the most suitable pomaces to make this noble distillate. Still today it is one of our most sold products and its success is given by its peculiarities: quality, genuinity and respect for tradition.

Production Method

The main ingredient is the blend of selected pomace resulting from the winemaking of different grapes, both red and white. Once fermented these marcs are skillfully distilled with copper stills. The grappa obtained will spend a refining stage into steel tanks before being diluted and bottled.

Refinement

Grappa Argentis, before being bottled, is refined in stainless steel tanks.

How to serve it

We suggest to serve it neat, at a temperature of 14-18° C., leaving it to breathe for about 1 minute after pouring, before the first sip.

Accompaniments

It goes well with milk and dark chocolate (60-70%), jams, tarts and cantucci biscuits.
