Description

LIQUIRIZIA Zanin is obtained by mixing alcohol with natural liquorice extract and other ingredients to round-off the flavour, making it even more interesting. Unmistakable and intense on the palate, when tasting Liquornero gives the feeling of drinking pure liquorice. It is a versatile liqueur as it can be used in a variety of ways.

Metodo di Produzione

To produce Liquirizia Zanin liquorice extract from the plant root is added to alcohol. Subsequently, sugar and other natural ingredients are added to round-off the flavour. Once refined, the liqueur obtained is filtered at room temperature before being bottled.

Refinement

Liquirizia Zanin before being bottled matures for at least 4 months in stainless steel tanks. This rest period allows the blend and harmonization of its ingredients.

How to serve it

Can be served at room temperature, with ice or ice-cold  

In mixology into classic or fancy cocktails

Accompaniments

La liquirizia Zanin goes well with desserts, also as an ingredient, as an ice-cream topping especially creamy flavours or in coffee with a bit of whipped cream.
