This is the historical brand and the surname of the family which since its genesis until today has led the company. It includes, in its range, grappas and spirits linked to the earth and its fruits. Historically, the brand was represented by a pine or a fir tree, at the time thriving in the village of Zugliano which was mainly, in that era, involved in sheep-farming and hard toil in the fields. Over the years, the consolidation of the main product “Cavallina Bianca” has reinforced the inclusion of the prancing horse in the company logo. Now, with the powerful quality of its products, the intention is to give greater visibility to the Zanin brand and to the Made in Italy which has always characterised us at an international level.
This brand, created in the early 1980s, aims to demonstrate how many great products our company is able to produce. Inspired mainly by long aging, in its range there are products that have undergone over 30 years of aging. Monte Sabotino is a mountain where, during wartime, tough and intense battles were held to defend Italy’s borders; this line is not intended to be a reference to the war, but to the difficulties and adversities that are actually involved in aging products for so long. Those who have time do not let it run away without leaving a mark of what they have done!
This intriguing name is not intended to be a reference to the capital of Italy but is a historical gesture: this line was created in 2005 when the initial negotiations began for the creation of a new production site located in another area and the current one is situated precisely in Via Roma!
The peculiarities of this line are the sophistication of the materials and contents, such as to be an artistic and diverse expression of Italian spirits.
