GRAPPA AMARONE BARRIQUEAmarone Barrique Grappa is obtained by distillation of the fine pomace of Amarone (blend of Rondinella, Corvina, Molinara grapes); it is a grappa that is aged for at least 12 months in oak barrels followed by a finishing technique, the ripasso, for a variable period, in barriques. With an amber colour, its aroma presents notes of jam and sweet tobacco, while to the taste it is soft and velvety with hints of ripe red fruit. Given the particular nature of this extraordinary product, we recommend drinking it neat in a wide-neck glass at temperature no higher than 16° C.
